One of the things I love most about eating pasta is the perfect amount of creaminess that envelops it, creating the perfect sauce. A simple way to achieve this is to cook the pasta like a risotto. So, here's a new recipe for you.
After peeling the carrots and washing the courgettes, cut them lengthwise into thin strips.
The friggitelli peppers should be sliced into rounds. Pour the vegetables into a nonstick pan with high sides, add extra virgin olive oil, 200 g of water, a pinch of coarse salt, and our spaghetti. Turn the heat on, cover, and cook, stirring occasionally, until done.
