PROFILE

I can't access my profile

If you can't log in to your profile, check these points:
- I have a profile (I registered), which includes having created an email address and password.
- Make sure you haven't signed up exclusively for the newsletter. If so, you'll need to create an AmoreTerra account. Click LOGIN and then CREATE AN ACCOUNT.
- Check that your password is correct. If you're not sure, click "Forgot your password?" and an email will be sent to you so you can set a new password.

COUPON

How do I apply the coupon?

AmoreTerra coupons must be manually entered into the cart at checkout.
Please note : Coupons are not automatically inserted by the system; the code must be entered (exactly as communicated) in the appropriate space.
If you have any difficulties applying them, please contact us via chat or through the contact us form.

Why is the coupon not recognized?

If the coupon is rejected upon entry, the reasons may be:
- If written incorrectly, it must be identical to what was communicated.
- The coupon has already been used on an order prior to the one you are completing.
- The products in your cart are all already on sale. Only some coupons can also be used with products that are currently on sale. These coupons can be of two types:
- Coupons relating to a refund (valid on any product in the catalogue).
- Special coupons that also apply to products on sale (in this case, it is specified when the coupon is issued).

Coupons are also valid in the EU.
All AmoreTerra coupons can be used in any country.
Please note that discount coupons do not apply to products already offering a discount, i.e., those marked with the "Offer" stamp.

GIFT VOUCHER

How to use it?

When making an in-store purchase, you can redeem a gift card by entering the unique code at checkout. This code is not case-sensitive. Gift cards have a balance that can be used for more than one order. Gift card balances apply to the total value of an order, which may include tax and shipping.

If the available balance on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, you can click Complete Order .

If the available balance on the gift card is less than the order total, you will be asked to choose a second payment method for the difference before placing the order.

Can I give the code to anyone I want?

Yes, you decide who can use the value of the gift card.
After purchasing, you will receive an email with the voucher.
From here you have several ways to share the gift card:
1) Forward the email you received directly.
2) Click "View Coupon" to open the page with the exclusive code. You can send the person the link to the page that opens. Paste it into an email and send it.
3) You can copy just the personalized code (as long as it's identical) and send it to the person via your personal email.

Can I use a gift card more than once?

Yes, as long as there is still a remaining balance on the voucher.

Can I use more than one gift card for a purchase?

Yes, you can redeem another gift card at checkout.

Can I use a gift card to buy another?

No, you cannot use a gift card to purchase another.

Can I use a gift card to pay for shipping and taxes?

Yes, gift cards are applied to your final order total, which includes shipping and taxes.

Can gift cards be used with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

Can the gift card be reloaded?

No, you cannot top up a gift card.

Can I change the redemption code on a gift card?

No, the 16-character redemption code is random and printed on the gift card itself.

How can I access a lost or unreceived gift card?

You can click "Resend Gift Cards" from your order confirmation email. This link (obviously) only works if the order has been paid for and shipped.

I'm not getting a response in the chat

Chat is not available 24/7; there may be times when we are unable to respond.
It's important that you specify your first and last name or email address. If your profile is anonymous, we won't be able to respond to you.

HOW TO BUY

Do I need to register on the site to make purchases on AmoreTerra Shop?

Yes, you can purchase without registering. However, we recommend doing so so we can better support you with information and guidance.

How do I register?

Click "LOGIN" in the top right corner. If you don't already have an account, click "CREATE AN ACCOUNT." You'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No, you can place orders of any amount.
Once a certain threshold is reached, shipping becomes free . The minimum amount to reach is specified on the website.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address.
If you don't receive the email, please check your Junk or Spam folder, and if you use a Gmail address, also check your Promotions folder.
You can always view the list and status of your orders by logging into your personal area.
You can check the status of your order through our chat; simply enter your details.

What payment methods are available on AmoreTerra Shop?

AmoreTerra offers you many payment methods:

How does payment by bank transfer work?

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please remember to complete the payment within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation. After this time, your order will be cancelled if the transfer has not been received.

SHIPMENTS

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs to Italy, including the islands, are €11.90.
Shipping is free for orders of €49 or more.

EU countries: any volume or weight flat rate €25

What do I have to do to purchase from countries outside the EU?

Simply send an email to ordini@amoreterra.com with the following information:
- Product name (or SKU) and quantity
- Shipping references
AmoreTerra will send you a no-obligation quote, including shipping costs.

DELIVERIES

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we await confirmation from our bank (times may vary depending on the payment method used). From that moment, the goods are prepared for shipment and handed over to the courier within the next day. From that date, the courier takes approximately 1-3 business days to deliver to Italy.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are prepared the next working day.
The days indicated as delivery times may not be respected in the event of strikes, disasters, socio-political events or causes of force majeure that make delivery impossible.

What should I do if something is missing or damaged in the package I receive?

If your package is missing, different from the ones you ordered, or damaged upon delivery, please contact AmoreTerra promptly at ordini@amoreterra.com.
(It is very useful to take a photograph, this helps us to communicate with the courier).

What should I do if the package I receive shows signs of tampering or damage?

Check the package carefully upon delivery: if it shows signs of tampering or is clearly damaged, we recommend you refuse delivery and contact our Customer Service (assistenzaclienti@amoreterra.com).
If the package is found to be intact and the problem occurred inside the packaging, we kindly ask you to send us photographic documentation, this will allow us to compare the issue with the courier who delivered it.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I return food products?

To protect our customers and for hygiene reasons, you can exercise the right of withdrawal only for products that can be put back on the market without posing a risk to consumer health.
