Cook the turnip tops in a pan. When you feel them soften with a fork, add the pasta to the same pan.
In a pan with extra virgin olive oil, chili pepper, and garlic, melt two anchovy fillets, adding some of the cooking water. In another small pan, toast the breadcrumbs with oil.

When the pasta is almost cooked, drain it and toss it in the prepared sauce.
