A delicious potato bread (inspired by the “Cialda Barese”), a delicious, fresh, light and very tasty summer salad, in which to dip the bread, an ancient recipe, prepared as always, with simple but good ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, red onions, cucumbers, potatoes and oregano.
