A healthy breakfast... today I propose oat pancakes, light and perfect both with Nutella if you have a sweet tooth and with fruit if you are health conscious.
All you need to do is top them off with a nice juice for a breakfast that will give you energy for the whole day.

INGREDIENTS
125 ml rice milk
1 medium egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
qb Sunflower seed oil
110 g Wholemeal oat flour
15 g Acacia honey
10 g Sugar (optional)
INSTRUMENTS
Non-stick pan
Whip
PROCEDURE
Prepare the pancake batter.
Using a hand whisk, beat the egg and honey together, then add the flour and baking powder. Stir, gradually adding the rice milk. Stir with a whisk until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Add sugar if desired.

Cooking pancakes
Grease a non-stick pan, pour in the pancake mixture and cook until bubbles form on the surface, flip the pancake and cook for one or two minutes.
Fill with Nutella, jam, maple syrup or even better, fresh fruit for a balanced breakfast.
