Cappelli variety grown in Italy with an organic method associated with 4 bottles of organic tomato puree grown in Italy and transformed in a bain-marie from fresh within 24 hours of collection. Natural product and without citric acid or other acidity regulators.
From the top of its ears, this wonderful grain looks at the mill of our supply chain, to then arrive in the form of flour (after a few days) to the master pasta makers, who with their skill bring to your table a pasta with high nutritional values and highly digestible. This is thanks to careful processing, low temperature drying and a lower presence of gluten.
