Hi, I'm Viviana Musazzi, what's my great passion?
Obviously it's the cooking, especially everything related to desserts.
In addition to specializing in pastry and cake design, I read, research, and study because there's only one real secret: the passion and love that drive me to create my creations late into the night after fulfilling my duties as a working mother.
Creativity in rationality… that's why I love pastry making. I can put all my imagination into the decorations, the colors, the characters, but the foundation is solid, methodical, structured, just like me. Inspiration, imagination, and ingenuity.
And so my hard-earned engineering degree came to my aid: the complexity of the structure, the precision of the recipe, the mix of ingredients studied down to the last centigram, the harmony of the decorations, all combined with my flair and creativity. And for what? Above all, to fulfill the dreams of my loved ones and my "clients," that's how my Pasticci Fairyti were born.
