AmoreTerra pasta is of absolute excellence and at the highest levels on the market. It is artisanally produced within three days of milling, bronze-drawn , and dried at a very low temperature for 24-36 hours (compared to the 2-3 hours of industrial processes). This way, we create a superior-quality organic pasta that holds its shape perfectly when cooked .
