The AmoreTerra supply chain creates healthy and flavorful products, growing them in Italy and handcrafting them according to regional traditions. Our selection includes pasta made from ancient grains and durum wheat, protein pasta, stone-milled flour, ready-to-eat and dried legumes, seeds and grains, baked goods, sauces, compotes, honey, and olives.
We are committed to protecting the biodiversity of Italian wheat by cultivating over 11 types of ancient grains.
We are the creators and exclusive producers of " Farina Luce® ," nine ancient grains sown in the same field in a completely natural way. Stone milling, vitamins, minerals, and wheat germ combine to create the ancient, intense, and unique flavor of the final product.
From native grains, grown organically in the pristine lands of Basilicata and Puglia, known as "the granary of Italy," we have created a line of pasta called "La Tradizionale," pasta with great cooking resistance for true gourmands.
