Senatore Cappelli Snails with Broccoli and Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS
- 50 GR WHITE CAULIFLOWER
- 50 GR PURPLE CAULIFLOWER
- 50 GR GREEN BROCCOLI
- 50g Romanesco broccoli
- EVO OIL to taste
- FRESH RED CHILI PEPPER
- 3 ANCHOVY FILLETS
- 80g Senatore Capelli Snail Pasta
PREPARATION
Cook the broccoli and cauliflower in a tall pot with plenty of salted water. With 10 minutes left to cook, add the pasta to the same pot.
In a smaller pan, add the oil, anchovies, chili pepper, and a drop of water and heat.
Once the pasta and vegetables are cooked, add the sauce and sauté in a pan to flavor everything.
