Che sapore hanno curcuma e pepe nero?
La curcuma dà il colore dorato e una nota calda; il pepe nero aggiunge un tocco speziato. Il risultato è una pasta già profumata, ottima anche solo con olio extravergine e verdure.

Come si conserva?
In luogo fresco e asciutto, lontano da fonti di calore. Dopo l'apertura richiudi bene la confezione o trasferisci la pasta in un barattolo ermetico.
Perché l'acqua di cottura è più torbida del solito?
La trafilatura ruvida e l'essiccazione lenta lasciano in superficie più amido: è normale ed è proprio ciò che aiuta il condimento ad aderire. Usa abbondante acqua, circa 1 litro ogni 100 g di pasta.
